I moved to Maui in 2000 and have worked this market as a REALTOR for over sixteen years, through the highs, the 2008 downturn, short sales, the rebound and the pandemic. That range means I have seen how West and South Maui neighborhoods actually behave over time, not just how they look on a listing.
My background is in design, from NYU and Parsons to running my own company, so I read floor plans, light and flow the way a buyer will live in them. Whatever you are after - a first condo, an oceanfront home, farmland or a place to hold for the long run - the work starts with listening.

The quiet, manicured north end of West Maui. Championship golf, the old pineapple-plantation history, and some of the island's calmest snorkeling coves. Low-rise and low-key, with more space between you and the next door than anywhere else on this coast.
If you want understated luxury and room to breathe over nightlife, we start here.
A small crescent bay tucked between Kapalua and Kaanapali. Family-run, walk-to-the-sand condos and a slower, old-Maui pace that regulars come back to year after year. Modest footprints, big sense of place.

Maui's original master-planned resort coast: a long stretch of beach, oceanfront towers, and Whalers Village at the center of it. Amenities and rental demand come built in, which is why it stays a first stop for many buyers.
